Reiki
Reiki is a gentle yet powerful form of energy healing that works with the unseen currents within and around the body—supporting balance, release, and deep restoration. Rooted in ancient practice, Reiki invites the body and spirit back into alignment, helping to soften tension, clear energetic blockages, and create space for healing on every level.
Each session begins with an intuitive energetic check-in using a pendulum to assess the chakras, allowing insight into where your energy may feel blocked, depleted, or overactive. From there, your session is guided with intention, flowing where it is most needed.
You’ll rest comfortably on a warm gemstone infrared mat, allowing heat and crystal energy to gently ground the body while supporting circulation and relaxation. As the session unfolds, Reiki energy is offered through light touch or hands just above the body—creating a deeply calming, meditative experience.
To enhance relaxation, a warm towel infused with essential oils may be used (always optional), offering a final layer of comfort and sensory support.
Reiki is subtle, yet profound. Many experience a sense of floating, deep peace, emotional release, or energetic clarity—like returning home to yourself.
Reiki + Sound bath
For those seeking a more immersive, ritual-like experience, Reiki can be paired with a healing sound bath.
As Reiki energy flows, layers of sound using crystal singing bowls move through the body, helping to shift stagnant energy and bring your system into harmony. The vibration of sound works in tandem with Reiki, guiding you into a deeper state of release, clarity, and connection.
Resting on the heated gemstone mat, surrounded by sound and energy, this session becomes a full-body energetic journey—grounding, expansive, and deeply restorative.
